Client: Clarendon Works

Creative experience: A Community outreach project between – Clarendon Works in the centre of Watford and the  Watford Workshop charitable organisation.

The brief

We were asked to design a simple creative activity that would enable disabled and disadvantaged people to have fun together and interact with volunteers from the serviced offices in Watford, at the Clerendon Works offices.

The adults from the Watford Workshops spent 2 hours making air dried clay pots and clay models whilst the volunteers who worked in the offices – dropped in an out of the sessions for 20 minutes at a time. The employees helped the adults to create pots to take away with them.
